The SmartProducts project exhibited several prototypes at this year's
AMI conference in Amsterdam. AMI is one of the premier scientific conferences for ambient intelligence and ubiquitous computing. The Telecooperation Lab (TK) headed by Prof. Mühlhäuser acts as scientific coordinator for this project, SAP AG as project lead.
TK showcased the newest version of a Smart Cocktail Companion, based on the
SmartProducts platform.
The Smart Cocktail Companion guides visitors through cocktail recipes and recognizes the user’s actions based on sensing and interaction,

Our partners from the Open University demonstrated their SPAPS framework, which enables distributed task solving based on reasoning mechanisms. The University of Sheffield showed a toolset for knowledge extraction from structured and unstructured documents.
