The Telecooperation Lab organizies the "2nd Workshop on Interacting with Smart Objects" which will be held in conjunction with the IUI 2012 in Lisbon, Portugal. IUI is a top-rated international conference on intelligent user interfaces.

After a successful first workshop at the IUI 2011 in Palo Alto, California, USA which resulted in the preparation of a special issue of the TIIS journal, Max Mühlhäuser, Dirk Schnelle-Walka and Daniel Schreiber decided to continue these efforts.
